50g Shortcrust pastry
1 tsp Mild Cajun Mix
175g left over Cooked chicken
Pepper and Salt
1 eating apple finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
Use the shortcrust pastry to line a 23cmÂ flan tin – bakeÂ blind for 15 minutes in a preheated oven (200C).
Mix the milk, eggs,Â cajun seasoning and seasoning together.
Remove theÂ pastry case from the oven and put the chopped apple, onion and chicken in the pastry case, pouring the egg mixture over theÂ other ingredients and bakeÂ for a further thirty minutes
