Tuna and Rigatoni Bake

Tuna and Rigatoni Bake

Ingredients

150g Rigatoni
200g Canned Tuna, Drained
225g Cottage Cheese
225g Courgettes, thinly sliced
400g Canned tomatoes
225g English Cheddar Cheese

Method

Cook pasta until tender but not soft.  Drain.
Flake Tuna in to a bowl, mix with the cottage Cheese.  Line the bottom of a casserole dish with courgettes.  Layer with tuna mix and pasta, finishing with Courgettes and pour over the tomatoes.  Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190C for thirty minutes.

 

Serve Hot.

 

Serves four at less than £1 per head.
