You will need four baked potatoes to serve.
Heat a tablespoon of oil (olive or Vegetable oil) in a frying pan.
Add 2 finely chopped onions (peeled), one garlic clove (peeled, crushed and chopped), two finely diced carrots, and fry for 6-10 minutes.
Add 250g of mince and cook until browned.
Add 2 tbsp tomato puree and 1 tbsp Worcester sauce.
Add 250ml beef stock and simmer, covered for 30-40 minutes.
In a small bowl or cup mix 2 teaspoons of flour*with 2tsp of cold water and stir in to the mince. (*Plain Flour or Corn Flour, either will do)
Cook for 3-4 minutes more and then serve over the jacket potatoes and top with grated cheese.
